MAIN DRIVE

Use of imported Mishbishi servo motor and reducer, the double-drive to ensure to accuracey of operation and precise reduction.

SERVO LIFTING SYSTEM

For the design of reducing energy consumption and environment protection, use imported high-precision servo motor to drive.

Compared to the past system, it is simple, easy-maintenance, long life, low cost of follow up work and easy cleaning of working environment.

SCRAPER DRIVE

Scrapere adopts Yaskawa servo motor to drive,stable and small noise. Chinese set touch screen to operate monitoring scraper to complete actions. Fault alarm system, scraper route and speed can be arbitrarily set without downtime during the operation of machine.

NEW PRINTING UNIT

The latest developed new scratch pring unit, patented technology. We have imported the operating angle of the scraper to acquire better printing result.

PRINTING UNIT

It is composed of a frame support , a scraper driver , a drive motor, a scraper synchronous rubber belt, a connecting shaft, a unit controller and high -speed frame components. Advanced control system, low noise of rubber synchronous belt drive, no need for oil supply. During operation, the unit control setter does not shake up and down with the frame.

The high-speed operating parts of the printing unit are made of high-strength metal and have excellent wera resistance.

ELECTRICAL CONTROL SYSTEM:

The electric cabinet adopts left and right, up and down ventilation structure to ensure tha the temperature in the cabinet is within the controllable range.

The electrical system adopts high-precision servo motor drive and PLC control, thus realizing intelligent high-speed automation.

The data transmission and setting of the centralized operation panel of the electric control cabinet and the touch screen of each unit, as well as the setting of the operating conditions when repeating the same repeat are all east to operate, conforming to the ergonomics.

CONTINUOUS FABRIC FEED IN DEVICE

Through comprehensive adjustment of centering rollers with multiple guide rollers and tension adjustment rollers, the fabric and be attached to blanket of a set size with good tension.

BLANKET WASHING DEVICE

Blanket cleaning is related to printing quality. The main washing device of this machine is composed of 3 nylon brushes, 3 spray pipes and 2 scrapers. The entire device is a pneumaic structure, and the height of the clean water surface can be made adjustment of wiping strength according to the characteristics of the slurry used. The auxiliary washing is ralized by a watering brush set at the downward running position of the blanket. The cleaning water is recycled water, which effectively saves water resources.
